Bio

Nate Millheim has joined Head Coach Jordan Lee in March, 2022 as the Lead Assistant Coach. Millheim joined the Ohlone College staff after spending one year at Diablo Valley College and one year at Oakland High the year before. He has also served as varsity head coach at Oakland Unity High School in addition to previous stints at Encinal High School and Las Lomas High School.

Millheim founded and directs the Oakland Leadership Center which aims to use basketball as a tool to spread faith, hope and love. He has been named a Local Hero by the District 4 City Council on two separate occasions and serves on the Board of Project Peace which creates and deepens partnerships between local churches and non-profits in the Bay Area.

Millheim graduated from Simpson University with a degree in Ministry while captaining their basketball team and has pastored at local churches for many years. He resides in Oakland with his wife Andrea and their three children: Kayla, Chase and Ava.
