Bio

Albert has been local to the area since he was an elementary school student. He played badminton at Cupertino high school and performed at Ohlone's Smith Center with his choir annually as a teen. While his day job answering insurance questions isn't the most exciting, he appreciates that it gives him the flexibility to coach and teach others badminton. Albert began coaching the Cupertino High school badminton team in 2016 and transitioned to coaching Mission College in 2019. He is excited to hit the ground running at Ohlone and continue to build the badminton community at our school. Outside of answering insurance questions and playing badminton, he enjoys catching Pokemon with his fiancé, Kim, rock climbing, snowboarding, playing computer games (Dota 2 and Diablo 2), and traveling.
