Bio

Gabrielle Calabretta is entering her 1st year as Athletic Trainer I at Ohlone College. Calabretta previously worked the 2024-2025 academic year in the Athletic Training Clinic as an hourly employee.  Calabretta is a Board of Certification (BOC) Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). Calabretta is a member in good standing of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), Far West Athletic Trainers’ Association (FWATA), and California Athletic Trainers’ Association (CATA). She is starting a program in Sports Psychology this year and hopes to use the coursework to better her student athlete care. 

Previously Calabretta was employed as the Campus Health Clerk and Per Diem Athletic Trainer at Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose.  She has also served as the Head Athletic Trainer at Washington High School here in Fremont, and still works with Santa Clara University Club Sports to provide medical coverage primarily for Men's Ice Hockey.  

Calabretta resides in Fremont with her husband Brandon and their daughter Kaelyn.
