Renegades qualify for 11 events at 3C2A State Championships
Ohlone College will be well-represented at this weekend's 3C2A Swim & Dive State Championships that get underway on Thursday in Santa Rosa.
The Renegades have qualified for a total of 11 events, led by freshmen Ray Cillo and Ryin Ruaboro.
Cillo is set to compete as an individual in the 50 free, 100 breast, and 100 IM while Ruaboro will also swim in the 50 free, the 100 back, and 100 free events.
Also, the Ohlone men have qualified to compete in all five relay events:
200 Free Relay: Ryin Ruaboro, Ray Cillo, Alexander Torjyan, Moataz Bayoumi
400 Medley Relay: Ryin Ruaboro, Ray Cillo, Alexander Torjyan, Moataz Bayoumi
200 Medley Relay: Ryin Ruaboro, Ray Cillo, Alexander Torjyan, Moataz Bayoumi
800 Free Relay: Arjan Behrooz, James Philips, Kato Tien, Ryan Prathnadi
400 Free Relay: Ryin Ruaboro, Ray Cillo, Alexander Torjyan, Moataz Bayoumi
The 3C2A State Championships are set for May 1-3 at Santa Rosa Junior College.
