FREMONT – Jazmin Paredes scored while Ally Friedrich had a solid match in goal to help lead the Ohlone College women's soccer team to a 1-0 non-conference win over visiting College of the Siskiyous on Friday.
With the win, the Renegades improved to 4-1 overall.
Paredes' goal in the 37th minute would prove to be all the offense Ohlone would need. Natalia Perez was credited with the assist.
Friedrich totaled 9 saves in goal to post the Renegades third shutout of the season.
Ohlone returns to action on Tuesday (Sep. 19) when the Renegades host Foothill College in a non-conference game.
